As budget cuts sink in, how can cultural learning for children and young people be sustained? Here, Ednie Wilson gives us her perspective.

In the last e-news, we reported how cuts to cultural and education budgets are impacting on cultural learning across the country. Whilst we are yet to understand the full impact of these cuts, many are contemplating how to take positive steps forward with cultural learning work in less well-funded times.
